Job Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition and project wins to meet defined sales and profitability targets.
- Conduct market research and build network to support business growth and client engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Review bid proposals prepared by the tender team and make strategic decisions in consultation with the Director.
- Act as Bid Manager for large-scale projects, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.
- Collaborate effectively with the Business Development team and cross-functional departments.
- Lead negotiations with clients on bid submissions and contractual terms and conditions.
- Coach, mentor, and manage the tender and BD teams to meet performance goals and foster continuous learning.
- Uphold and strengthen the companys brand, corporate image, and market reputation.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least Bachelor/Masters degree in civil engineering.
- 8-12 years of working experience .
- Relevant experience in Construction industry especially in Ground Improvement works will be a plus.
- Has geotechnical design experience and competent to manage geotechnical solutioning
