Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive Market Expansion
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base, enhance market penetration, and achieve year-over-year revenue growth.
  2. Lead Generation & Prospecting
    Actively engage in prospecting, networking, and generating leads, particularly within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical sectors, or among biosafety lab users.
  3. Client Relationship Management
    Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  4. Market Intelligence
    Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to remain agile and ensure offerings remain competitive and relevant.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Collaborate closely with the CEO, Finance, and Operations teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  6. Performance Tracking
    Track and report on critical performance indicators including sales volume, forecast accuracy, market share, and revenue growth.
  7. Strategic Reporting
    Provide regular updates and actionable insights to senior management to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering from a reputable university.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in sales.
    Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and profitability targets, ideally within FMCG, logistics, B2B services, pharmaceutical, or public sector (e.g., Ministry of Health).
  • Skills: Leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
    Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM platforms, reporting tools, and forecasting techniques.
    Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
