Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with strong local Contract Logistics (CL) expertise to build, scale, and sustain strategic CL business by leveraging deep operational knowledge and fostering long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow local Contract Logistics accounts with measurable revenue and client retention outcomes
  • Apply deep operational understanding to design and implement complex CL solutions that meet client needs and enhance service delivery
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise and strategic clients to ensure account retention and sustainable business growth
  • Collaborate effectively with operations and solutions teams to align business development initiatives with operational capabilities and client expectations
  • Prioritize quality of revenue and strategic client fit over volume-driven sales to drive profitable growth and market positioning
  • Analyze local market trends and client requirements to identify new business opportunities and tailor CL offerings accordingly
