Business Development Manager (BDM) | Commercial Sector

Focus: Logistics, Shipping, Healthcare & Manufacturing

Level: Individual Contributor / Strategic Lead

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager, you aren't just selling IT services; you are architecting the future of global commerce. You will act as a Strategic Challenger and Trusted Advisor, identifying multi-million dollar value creation opportunities for new logos and strategic accounts.

By leveraging the Company's elite capabilities in Generative AI, Digital Twin technology, and emerging tech, you will bridge the gap between complex innovation and tangible C-suite ROI.

Your Mission

Architect Relationships: Transform prospects into deep-rooted partnerships. You are the person a CIO calls when they need a perspective—not just a product.

Originate High-Impact Deals: Focus on the Big Game. You will be responsible for the end-to-end origination and qualification of transformational deals exceeding $5M.

C-Suite Consultative Selling: Move beyond features and functions. You will co-create business cases that quantify the measurable impact of digital transformation on the customer's bottom line.

The Internal Quarterback: While an individual contributor, you will lead a Strike Team of Solution Architects, Innovation Lab leads, and Practice Heads to bring the best of the firm's global resources to the table.

What You Bring

Industry Gravitas: A deep, existing network within the Logistics, Healthcare or Manufacturing sectors. You don't just know the industry; you have a presence in its forums and inner circles.

Tech-Articulate Mindset: You can comfortably discuss the architectural benefits of a Digital Twin with a CTO and the cost-saving implications of AI-driven logistics with a CFO.

The Hunter Instinct: A proven track record of securing New Logos and navigating the complex procurement cycles of $5M+ enterprise contracts.

Strategic Storytelling: The ability to take a customer's pain point and weave it into a high-fidelity ROI story that inspires action.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Portfolio Growth: Successful origination and qualification of >$5M opportunities.

Market Expansion: Significant contribution to New Logo acquisition within the commercial sector.

Pipeline Velocity: Development of a high-quality, qualified pipeline with strong win rates.

You will report directly to the Managing Director, providing you with the visibility and autonomy needed to move fast. You will have the full weight of the organization's Innovation Labs and Global Alliance Partners behind you to ensure that when you make a promise to a customer, it is delivered at scale.
