Lead AI Engineer & Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML models, including Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Lead the development of production-ready ML pipelines and AI infrastructure (MLOps).
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI into business workflows.
• Implement and maintain best practices in AI development covering model governance, risk controls, and compliance requirements.
• Define and drive the AI strategy and roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI into business operations and develop proof-of-concepts that scale into full solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and strategic technology partners to accelerate AI capability building.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on AI trends, innovations, and potential business impact.
