The MindChamps Group of Companies is a global education group headquartered in . Job Responsibilities:
- Develop sponsorship strategies for key conference and secure partnerships aligned to each event's unique audience and goals.
- Build and manage a healthy sponsorship pipeline
- Identify and qualify potential sponsors from public and private sectors, leveraging both existing relationships and new market opportunities.
- Conduct market research to uncover emerging trends and partnership prospects across priority industries (e.g. sustainability, mobility, tech, finance, infrastructure).
- Initiate outreach via multiple channels-cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and relevant events or platforms.
- Craft compelling sponsorship proposals tailored to partner objectives and demonstrate event value.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle-from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape bespoke packages that deliver on both partner and event objectives.
- Build lasting relationships with sponsors, ensuring seamless activation and delivery of entitlements before, during, and after events.
- Act as a key liaison between sponsors and internal teams (marketing, production, partnerships) to uphold service quality and deliver successful outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide regular reporting on pipeline status, deal velocity, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support post-event analysis with insights on sponsor feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Preschool or Education background is a plus
- Proven track record of securing high-value sponsorships across B2B events, conferences, or public-private initiatives
- Solid network across corporate and/or government-linked organisations, with a good understanding of CSR, policy, or thought leadership-driven initiatives.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and closing complex deals.
- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills confident in engaging C-suite or senior-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo) and a data-driven approach to sales strategy.
