Job Description

Job Duties

Business Development& Client Relations

  • Identify prospects through market analysis and cold calling.
  • Engage with potential clients, organize meetings to showcase our expertise, and drive new business opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Drive business growth through sales, business development activities, pipeline generation, and client relationship management.
  • Expand and manage business opportunities across the APAC region while contributing to commercial and operational performance.

Recruitment & Team Leadership

  • Attract and recruit top talent with the right expertise and skillset.
  • Mentor and support your team to help them grow and succeed.
  • Ensure project success and maintain high consultant satisfaction.

Financial &Performance Management

  • Oversee the well-being and success of your business unit.
  • Analyse financial performance and implement strategies to optimize results.
  • Lead daily operations and create a dynamic working environment for your team.

Requirements

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or other client-facing commercial roles.
  • 2-3 years of experience working across the APAC region with exposure to regional markets and cross-cultural stakeholder management.
  • You thrive in a demanding setting where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals.
  • You are structured, organized, and possess a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset.
  • You have a strong interest in topics related to data and artificial intelligence, and you are curious about new technologies and their impact on business.
