Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven hunter to join our Regional Business Development team in Singapore. The ideal candidate is a proactive deal-maker with a strong network and proven track record in outbound business development, focused on identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business Acquisition (Hunter Role)

  • Identify and target potential clients in Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region for cross-border corporate services solutions.
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads and close new deals.
  • Actively build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach.

2. Regional Business Development

  • Drive multi-jurisdictional business opportunities, working closely with local offices and service specialists.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored solutions addressing client needs.
  • Support the Group's target of USD multi-million ACV for multi-jurisdictional deals.

3. Referral Network Expansion

  • Build strong relationships with referral partners (law firms, banks, accounting firms, chambers of commerce, and other intermediaries).
  • Organize and attend events, seminars, and trade missions to expand Acclime's network and visibility in Singapore and the region.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 4–6 years of business development or B2B sales experience, ideally in corporate services, professional services, or consulting. Strong hunter profile with a track record of securing new business.
  • Skills: Excellent networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Personality: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, persistent, and highly results-driven.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate services, accounting, tax, payroll, or advisory services preferred.
  • Tools: Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and comfortable using digital sales tools.
