Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships through strategic opportunity identification and effective sales execution.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for informed decision-making
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and growth plans aligned with company objectives
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to secure new clients and partnerships
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to maximize business outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment and seamless execution
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts to inform strategy adjustments
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through successful client engagements
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in dynamic business environments
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
