We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships through strategic opportunity identification and effective sales execution.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business growth
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for informed decision-making
- Develop and execute strategic sales and growth plans aligned with company objectives
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to secure new clients and partnerships
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to maximize business outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment and seamless execution
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts to inform strategy adjustments
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through successful client engagements
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in dynamic business environments
