Business Development Manager

• Position: Business Development Manager

• Location: Tuas (Company transport provided from various pick up points)

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $6,500 + $1,500 Transport Reimbursement Allowance + AWS + Flexi Benefits (Dental, TCM) + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Equipment & parts distributor (MNC)

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Maintain and build relationships with customers, dealers, suppliers, and business partners

• Support sales and business growth activities in both local and overseas markets

• Oversee and coordinate the operations and performance of overseas branches

• Liaise with branch managers and local teams to ensure smooth business operations

• Monitor branch activities and provide updates and reports

• Assist in resolving operational and business issues relating to overseas branches

• Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates for Management review

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, operations, or management role

• Experience in the heavy equipment, machinery, engineering, or related industry preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Willing to travel overseas when required
