What You'll Do

As an Business Developement Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our international client base and strengthening our global presence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing relationships with overseas clients (e.g., investment funds, consulting firms).
  • As this is a start-up role, client acquisition is a priority.
  • Driving brand awareness and promotional activities in international markets.
  • Leading client negotiations, visits, and project discussions.
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis to shape sales strategies and business plans.
  • Managing client data, identifying needs, and maintaining CRM records.
  • Leading a team to achieve sales targets and business growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 23 years of experience in overseas sales; B2B or client network experience is a plus.
  • Strong ability to identify client needs and align them with our service offerings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional presence, strong execution, and results-driven mindset.
