Business Development Assistant Manager (Contract)

Responsibilities:

. Lead business development initiatives to expand the company's client base and market presence in Singapore and internationally.

. Business growth in key markets within Greater China.

. Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.

. Identify partnership opportunities, manage proposals, and negotiate business agreements.

. Coordinate with internal teams to align service delivery with client requirements.

. Monitor market trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

. Prepare and deliver business presentations, reports, and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related discipline. Master's degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

. Proven experience in business development, corporate consulting, or professional services. Minimum 2 years of experience.

. Experience in business development within the Chinese technology market is a must

. Background in sales and business development for AI-driven products and SaaS business models is mandatory

. Strong knowledge of management consultancy, corporate structuring, and professional advisory services.

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

. Native level Mandarin required due to collaboration with colleagues and clients in Greater China market where you would lead and spearhead the company's foray into these territories
