What You'll Do
As an Business Developement Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our international client base and strengthening our global presence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing relationships with overseas clients (e.g., investment funds, consulting firms).
- As this is a start-up role, client acquisition is a priority.
- Driving brand awareness and promotional activities in international markets.
- Leading client negotiations, visits, and project discussions.
- Conducting market and competitor analysis to shape sales strategies and business plans.
- Managing client data, identifying needs, and maintaining CRM records.
- Leading a team to achieve sales targets and business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 23 years of experience in overseas sales; B2B or client network experience is a plus.
- Strong ability to identify client needs and align them with our service offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional presence, strong execution, and results-driven mindset.
