Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads via networking, cold calling, and CRM tools
- Develop and execute winning sales strategies
- Build and nurture client relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel
- Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company goals
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Stay ahead of industry trends through market research
- Plan strategically to ensure project success
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or Sales & Marketing or similar studies is an advantage
- Min 3 years in business development in the freight industry
- Strong knowledge of air, ocean and land freight solutions
