What's The Role
The role has two critical focus areas:
1. To Manage client relationship with existing clients and generating sales from new clients and
2. To provide outstanding customer service to a broad range of clients in a timely manner
Others supporting functions :
- Highly proactive in developing and promoting the Curveseries products to existing and new clients in the APAC region.
- Maintain sales pipelines and customer accounts
- Handle sales inquiries and provide after sales support
- Maintain good client follow-up
- Tackle our clients issues by coordinating with internal team to ensure on-time product and delivery timeline
- Meet with our clients face-to-face or online and engage them to understand their needs on data during sales visits
- Work with internal team to meet customer's request as much as possible
- Assist clients to installing and issues with the Curvesries/ShareExcel software
- Set-up, demo and train our clients on the various Curveseries products and platforms they subscribe to
- Able to travel regionally occasionally

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Sales driven and customer service oriented
- Highly adaptable with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong presentation skills and possess a highly resourceful nature
- Presentable, with a good personal and professional attitude
- Interested in Finance (Commodities) and Technology
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and ability to retain information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Written and Spoken)
