Business Development Manager- Contract Logistics

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client who is a global logistics provider with a strong presence across Asia. As part of their continued growth within the contract logistics space, they are looking to appoint a commercially driven Business Development Manager to support new business development and strategic customer partnerships.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong understanding of logistics solutions and experience developing new opportunities within warehousing and integrated supply chain services.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition within the contract logistics space across targeted industry sectors
• Identify and develop opportunities with both existing and new customers, focusing on long-term strategic partnerships
• Collaborate closely with internal solution design, operations, and implementation teams to develop customized logistics solutions
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and negotiations to secure profitable contracts
• Maintain strong market awareness and proactively identify growth opportunities within the logistics landscape

Requirements

• Minimum 68 years of experience in business development or sales within contract logistics.
• Proven track record of generating new business and securing logistics solution contracts
• Strong understanding of contract logistics, distribution, and warehousing operations
• Excellent client management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Self-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
