About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivatedBusiness Developmentto drive partnerships and ecosystem growth in the Web3 and blockchain space. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful execution.
Key of responsibilities
- Identify and develop potential clients and partnership opportunities, managing the full business development cycle from initial outreach to deal closure and project launch.
- Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives; manage relationships with KOLs, media partners, and community channels to strengthen brand presence.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes, develop differentiated partnership strategies, and regularly review collaboration performance.
- Work closely with Product, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure partnerships are executed smoothly and in compliance with internal and external requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above (Finance, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
- 13 years of experience inBlockchain / Web3 / FinTech business development or sales.
- Solid understanding ofL1/L2 blockchains, DeFi protocols, NFTs, wallets, and related Web3 concepts, with the ability to translate technical strengths into commercial value.
- Strong industry network including project teams, investors, developer communities, or KOLs; experience in ecosystem partnerships or deal facilitation is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation (PPT), and proposal-writing skills.
- Good understanding of Web3 regulatory and compliance considerations.
