Job Description

The Business Development Manager will drive BBX's growth strategy by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with partners, and expanding our retail footprint. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and execution discipline to deliver measurable results.

.Key Responsibilities.

- .Market Expansion.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.

- Map and analyze competitor activity, market trends, and consumer behavior to inform strategy.

- .Partnership Development.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and strategic partners.

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and partnership agreements to maximize value and protect BBX's interests.

- .Sales & Revenue Growth.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Monitor KPIs, pipeline performance, and reporting workflows to ensure accountability.

- .Brand & Retail Activation.

- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to design and roll out experiential campaigns.

- Support influencer partnerships and brand storytelling initiatives to strengthen market presence.

- .Operational Excellence.

- Work closely with finance and legal teams to structure deals, manage compliance, and optimize payment terms.

- Ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives with clear milestones and deliverables.
