Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the bank's management and sales teams to establish effective bancassurance partnerships.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve insurance sales targets and objectives within the banking channels.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Ensure bank staff are well-informed about insurance offerings.
- Training and Development: Train and educate bank staff on insurance products, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks. Provide regular market feedback to improve product offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to bancassurance activities.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, key performance indicators, and metrics to assess performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve sales goals.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on bancassurance performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- 3 - 5 years relevant bancassurance experience
- CMFAS (Module 5, 9, 9A, HI) preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Good stakeholders management skills
