Role description
We are seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager (5–8 years) with a strong track record in selling
enterprise software, digital transformation solutions, and IT services to
Singapore public sector agencies. The candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, managing strategic government accounts, and expanding BCT's footprint across key ministries, statutory boards, and public service organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close opportunities in the Singapore public sector, aligned with BCT's solution portfolio (analytics, AI/ML, digital transformation platforms, managed services, etc.).
- Build and manage strong relationships with senior stakeholders across government agencies and ecosystem partners (SIs, distributors, tech alliances).
- Drive the end‑to‑end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and product teams to create tailored value propositions.
- Monitor Singapore GovTech trends, procurement frameworks (e.g., bulk tenders, SGTS), and industry developments to shape strategic account plans.
- Achieve annual revenue and pipeline development targets.
