Job Description

Working Week: 5.5 days
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday 9 am to 1 pm
Monthly Salary Ranges: S$6,800 to S$7,500

Job Purpose

The Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting the firm's growth objectives by developing new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth in Singapore and the ASEAN region. The role involves client engagement, proposal development, market outreach, and internal coordination across professional service teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Engagement

  1. Develop and execute business development initiatives to support revenue growth and client acquisition.
  2. Identify and engage prospective corporate clients requiring corporate secretarial, accounting, tax, and advisory services.
  3. Prepare and follow up on service proposals, fee quotations, and engagement scopes.
  4. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
  5. Support marketing and outreach activities such as seminars, webinars, conferences, and networking events.
  6. Maintain relationships with business associations, chambers of commerce, and professional networks.
  7. Track sales pipeline activity and prepare periodic reports for management.

Commercial & Technical Coordination

  1. Support commercial activities through the preparation and review of standard corporate and commercial documentation using internal templates.
  2. Assist in identifying commercial considerations and key contractual terms, in coordination with internal and regional teams.
  3. Prepare internal summaries and briefing notes on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters relevant to client engagements.
  4. Assist with coordination of intellectual property and trademark-related processes via external service providers.
  5. Support cross-border coordination on tax and corporate matters under guidance from regional technical teams.
  6. Monitor relevant regulatory and legislative developments affecting corporate clients and service offerings.

Internal & Regional Coordination

  1. Coordinate with corporate secretarial, accounting, tax, and compliance teams to support client onboarding and service delivery.
  2. Maintain regular communication with regional offices to ensure alignment and consistency.
  3. Support internal reporting, documentation, and coordination requirements.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Law (preferable), or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client engagement roles.
  3. Experience within professional services, corporate services, accounting, audit, tax, or consultancy environments is preferred.
  4. Familiarity with Singapore's corporate and regulatory environment is an advantage.
  5. Available to commence work in late January 2026.
