Job Responsibilities:
- Promote the company's services, including ocean freight, air freight.
- Develop business strategies to meet customer objectives.
- Proactively source and secure new client accounts.
- Establish and cultivate a customer base.
- Maintain professional relationships and facilitate effective communication with clients, internal departments, affiliates, and partners.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure all business transactions are profitable.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and product developments.
- Monitor and ensure the prompt collection of customer payments.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Identify new business opportunities through industry research.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics
- Compensation will be determined based on experience
- Possession of personal transportation is preferred willingness to travel is required
- Preference will be given to candidates with 3-5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
