Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare competitive freight quotations for air, sea (FCL/LCL), and land shipments based on customer requirements
  • Work closely with operations, pricing team, and overseas agents to secure the most accurate and cost-effective rates
  • Follow up actively on quotations, sales leads, and customer enquiries to support business growth
  • Maintain and update customer profiles, sales records, and rate agreements in the system
  • Handle day-to-day customer communication relating to quotations, shipment details, documentation, and service support
  • Support onboarding of new customers and ensure a smooth handover to operations
  • Ensure all activities comply with company SOPs, internal policies, and trade regulations
  • Provide general sales and administrative support and assist with any ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry (sales support or customer service experience is highly preferred)
  • Good understanding of air freight, ocean freight (FCL/LCL), and Incoterms will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Good coordination skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively
