We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who focuses on growing our partnerships with Merchants for our Antom A+ Rewards business
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive DAU/TPV growth for our organization and the businesses we support
2. Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with key mobile payment partners, including e-wallet, banking apps and other relevant players.
3. Drive partner sales and business development activities to achieve and exceed business targets to get win-win results.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute strategic plans for partner growth.
5. Monitor partner performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
6. Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
7. Conduct regular reviews with partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
8. Identify new partnership opportunities and lead negotiations for new agreements.
Qualifications
1. Degree in E-commerce or finance related fields, experience in account management or partner management.
2. More than 8 years of experience in developing and executing strategic plans for business growth.
3. Strong local market connections is preferable.
4. Possess general business software Knowledge and the ability to learn new applications
5. Fluency in English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin or another South East Asian language is a plus for working with clients in the region
