Role Overview
We're looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Lead to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for Radarblock. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end business development process - from identifying and engaging high potential Web3 projects to shaping proposals and closing new partnerships.
You will work closely with the Founder's Office and Growth teams to position our services effectively for Web3 startups, protocols, and ecosystems. While deep technical Web3 expertise is not mandatory, a strong understanding of the Web3 landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset along with prior experience in team handling are essential.
What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
Advanced understanding of Web3 and especially the Web3 Marketing Landscape
45 years of experience in business development or sales support in a Web3 environment
Strong skills in PowerPoint (or Google Slides) and Google Sheets/Excel
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-moving environment
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Familiarity with tools like FigJam, Canva, Notion and HubSpot
Prior experience in managing a team
