Client Portfolio Management
- Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, providing end to end support offering a seamless and comprehensive suite of services encompassing Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Payroll, Courses and Tax Compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Build and develop the rapport with new and existing clients to keep them satisfied with our services in order to get the most possible renewals.
Content Development
- Develop, write, and edit clear, concise, and compelling content for website blog articles daily.
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand content needs and target audiences.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure best practices are followed.
Portfolio Acquisition
- Make outbound sales calls.
- Attending face to face client meeting to understand business needs and consultatively pitch our solutions.
- Build and enhance relationship with clients to grow portfolio.
- Report on sales activity on a weekly basis.
- Other general admin duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn.
- Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Candidates with prior experience in related fields can be considered for senior position.
