Job Description

My client, a renowned specialist in environmental risk management and wildlife solutions, is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Business Development Executive to join their growing team. This organisation operates at the intersection of technical expertise and commercial impact, supporting clients across aviation, government, construction, and commercial real estate sectors.

This is a high-visibility, client-facing role that offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth, shape go-to-market strategies, and contribute meaningfully to a niche, high-value services business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, deepening relationships with existing clients, and translating technical solutions into client outcomes and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target sectors, such as aviation, construction, and commercial real estate
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, client engagement, solution proposal, tender submission, negotiation, and closure
  • Leverage the firm's unique technical expertise to position the company as a trusted advisor and market leader in wildlife management solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations that articulate commercial ROI and solution value
  • Contribute to pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance reporting to support business planning and strategic decision-making

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.

At least 25 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, or technical solution sales.

Prior exposure to the aviation, construction, or environmental services sectors will be advantageous.
