About the Opportunity:

This is a high-impact sales role with a clearly defined growth path. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoy building markets, and want your performance to directly shape regional strategy, this role is built for you. Your core responsibilities will include:

Drive Revenue & Market Expansion

  • Prospect and engage new clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and events
  • Qualify opportunities and build a strong pipeline across the region

Consultative Solution Selling

  • Position AI-driven HR solutions as mission-critical tools for hiring and talent management

Build Strategic Relationships

  • Develop long-term partnerships with clients and ecosystem partners
  • Identify opportunities for expansion, cross-sell, and co-creation

Influence Strategy & Growth

  • Share market insights to help shape go-to-market and product strategies in the region

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Exposure to SaaS, HR tech, recruitment, or professional services is a plus
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets
  • Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable in high-growth environments
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated by long-term career progression
