Hiring position: Senior Executive, Premium Customer Sales Singapore
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Support & Execution:
- Assist in implementing sales strategies to achieve premium customer sales targets.
- Responsible for identifying and generating new project leads and sales opportunities through various channels and media in the Building and Construction industry
- To lead in sales negotiation, prepare and present sales proposals/quotations, as well as to liaise with internal operation teams for smooth execution and delivery of orders
- Work with the retail sales team to enhance customer engagement and ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B accounts and premium customers
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Personalized interactions to build loyalty and long-term engagement.
Operational Excellence
- Support daily sales operations, including order processing, tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely product delivery and service fulfillment.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
Market Research & Insights
- Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences to provide tailored recommendations.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand market reach.
- Assist in the development of promotional campaigns targeting key accounts or premium customers.
Team Collaboration & Training
- Work closely with the retail sales team to align efforts with business objectives.
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members, including mentoring and coaching them in customer engagement best practices.
- Contribute to fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management, preferably in the premium segment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with B2B accounts and premium customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
