JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned regions to drive broader business growth across the semiconductor market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand and interpret customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and pre-sales consultations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and support tender submissions.
- Negotiate terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Provide after-sales support, including technical assistance and training.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Support sales reporting, forecasting, and data analysis for management.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Japan-based headquarter.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Facility Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor utility facilities management or EPC projects (cleanroom/infrastructure design and installation).
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Gas abatement systems (dry pumps, scrubbers, chemical exhausts)
- Pure water generation and wastewater treatment
- Cleanroom HVAC and filtration (FFU, HEPA, ULPA)
- Strong understanding of Sub-Fab operations and integration with semiconductor tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with gas control and analysis equipment (RGA, manometer, gas concentration monitor, MFC, MFM) is preferred.
- Ability to support clients after office hours when required.
- Proficiency in Japanese is preferred to liaise effectively with our Japan-based headquarters.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license (own transport advantageous).
