Job Responsibilities
. Lead the identification, follow-up, and acquisition of new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and large-scale public infrastructure sectors. Focus on Singapore's commercial cleaning market to independently develop new clients in office buildings, commercial complexes, industrial parks, and other settings, uncovering cleaning service needs.
. Develop and execute long-term business growth strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends. Conduct client visits, communicate requirements, provide customized cleaning service solutions, follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts to achieve sales targets.
. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking occasions to enhance brand visibility and establish new partnerships.
. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic positioning. Gather market intelligence and competitor updates, providing timely feedback to refine service offerings and market strategies.
. Deliver strategic insights to senior management to guide pricing strategies, service innovation, and market repositioning. Collaborate with bid specialists and operations teams to facilitate project initiation, requirement clarification, and smooth project execution.
Requirements
.1-3 years of B2B sales experience in Singapore experience in cleaning, security, or property management industries preferred.
.Must possess independent new client development capabilities, including cold calling, needs assessment, solution presentation, and commercial negotiation.
.Candidates with existing client networks in office buildings, industrial parks, or factories will receive priority consideration.
.Fluent in both Chinese and English communication, results-driven, and able to adapt to frequent field visits.
