Job Description

We are currently representing a premier player in the Asia-Pacific energy sector. As the Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the group's growth strategy. This is not just a sales role it is a strategic position where you will scout for new physical locations, negotiate high-stakes corporate partnerships, and influence the landscape of Singapore. You will report to the Head of Business Development and enjoy the backing of a massive global infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new sites and opportunities for retail and commercial expansion across Singapore.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts and dealer-operated sites, ensuring operational excellence and contract compliance.
  • Lead the end-to-end process for tenders, contract renewals, and new business bids, ensuring optimal commercial terms.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes to keep the business ahead of the curve.
  • Analyze project viability (ROI/NPV), manage budgets, and provide regular performance forecasts to the executive team.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Commodity Trading. Experience in the oil & gas sectors is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record in negotiation and high-level stakeholder management. You should be comfortable hunting for new leads and farming existing accounts.
  • Proficiency in commercial modeling and the ability to interpret complex market data.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a corporate environment but possesses the agility of a deal-maker.
