What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and outreach

• Generate leads via cold calling, networking, and client engagement

• Conduct client presentations, manage negotiations, and close recruitment deals

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to conversion

• Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions

• Maintain long-term client relationships and provide strong after-sales support

• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition consultants to meet client expectations

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline (business-related fields preferred)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence in engaging clients

• Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets
