Recruitment Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $2500 - $3300 (Depends on experience)

• Location: Jurong East

• Working hours: Monday - Friday (Office Hours - Flexi)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Opportunity Development

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, markets, and growth opportunities

2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

• Cold call to qualify prospects

• Partner with the BD team to penetrate key accounts

• Conduct presentations, negotiations, and close deals

• Build and track a pipeline from initial contact to conversion

3. Client Relationship Management

• Understand clients hiring needs and work with the BD team to deliver tailored solutions

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through site visits and calls

• Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Provide regular reports on business development and sales progress

• Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and opportunities

5. Collaboration with Talent Acquisition

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to align on client hiring needs

• Support candidate shortlisting for client review

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree preferred, ideally in business-related fields candidates without experience but interested in sales and business development are welcome

• Training will be provided for candidates without prior sales or business development experience

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Results-driven with a commitment to meeting sales targets
