What You'll Do
Business Opportunity Development
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new markets, and business growth opportunities
Explore and develop new business channels to expand client base
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Perform cold calls and outreach to qualify prospects
Work closely with the BD team to penetrate and grow key accounts
Conduct client presentations, manage negotiations, and close deals
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from first contact to conversion
Client Relationship Management
Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through calls and site visits
Provide strong after-sales support and service to ensure client satisfaction & retention
Manage client concerns promptly and professionally
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track business development activities and provide sales progress updates
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and outcomes in CRM
Collaboration with Talent Acquisition Team
Partner with Talent Acquisition consultants to align client expectations and hiring needs
Ensure suitable candidates are shortlisted and presented effectively for client review
What We're Looking For
Diploma / Degree in any discipline (business-related fields preferred)
Entry-level candidates welcome - training will be provided for those without sales/BD experience
Strong communication & organisation skills with attention to detail
Positive attitude, willing to learn, and comfortable speaking with clients
Results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets
