Business Development Executive

• Support corporate, business development, and transformation initiatives, including expansion into new markets and emerging sectors
• Engage inpre-sales activitiessuch as product demos, solution pitches, and stakeholder workshops
• Prepare and refine business documents, includingbusiness plans, proposals, and MOUs
• Assist incommercial and bidding processes, including RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, and similar submissions
• Lead or coordinate strategic initiatives such asproof-of-concepts, pilot projects, and solution demonstrations
• Conductmarket researchandindustry trend analysisto guide decision-making and strategy
• Identify and build strategic partnerships withlocal and international partners, vendors, and research institutions
• Drivestrategic marketing effortsand supportmedia/public relations eventsto enhance brand visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Accountancy & Finance, Arts & Social Sciences, or a related field
• 23 years of relevant working experience
• Prior experience instartups,healthtech,wellness/fitness, oreldercare sectorsis a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for networking and relationship-building
• Genuine interest ininnovation,digital transformation, and entrepreneurship
• Self-driven, resourceful, and adaptable with an entrepreneurial mindset
