Job Description:
Key responsibilities include:
- In charge of developing sales and marketing strategy in assigned territories including marketing initiatives, business development opportunities, new market entry plan and analysis, budget and timeline
- Pro-actively innovate and respond to market needs
- Knowledge of regional market in terms of new product development, market potential/size, key players, consumption patterns, etc
- To manage and build relationships with customers and distributors
- To enable negotiations regarding price variations, customer specifications, and promotional mechanisms
- Participate in global trade shows and exhibitions to promote brand awareness
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing / Business / Management or equivalent
- Possess an outgoing personality with a high level of self-motivation and determination
- Strong in customer relationship management and networking
- Good command of English and Mandarin (to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates)
- Willingness to travel as and when required
- Singaporean only
