We are looking for a high-energy, commercially-minded Business Development Executive to join our rapidly expanding Change Agency. This role is designed for a proactive professional who is equally skilled at discovering new business avenues and cultivating enduring client partnerships. You will play a vital role in supporting the agency's growth and scaling our social impact through effective partnership development.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Business Development & Revenue Support
- Lead Identification: Actively identify and reach out to prospective clients through networking, cold outreach, and strategic market research.
- Proposal Coordination: Support the development of professional, persuasive proposals and pitch decks that align with the goals of prospective partners.
- Solution Presentation: Present our suite of creative and consultancy services to potential partners, focusing on long-term value alignment.
- Growth Targets: Work toward achieving established monthly and quarterly sales milestones and growth indicators.
- Relationship& Account Management
- Client Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for a specific portfolio of accounts to guarantee high-quality service and satisfaction.
- Retention Strategy: Maintain regular communication with clients to track satisfaction and identify opportunities for service expansion.
- Internal Liaison: Coordinate between external clients and internal production teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and meet client expectations.
- Operations &Administrative Excellence
- Documentation Management: Handle essential backend functions, including drafting professional proposals, managing invoices, and preparing sales performance reports.
- Operational Support: Assist with administrative tasks to ensure all client requirements are addressed with professional speed and accuracy.
- Project Logistics: Manage the logistical details of projects to ensure the agency consistently meets its high standards for delivery.

- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management is preferred.
- Fresh Graduates: Energetic individuals with a proactive attitude and strong commercial intuition are highly encouraged to apply.
- Digital Literacy: Practical knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media tools is a significant advantage.
