Job Description
We are looking for someone who is proactive, sales-driven, and not afraid to approach new clients. The candidate should be comfortable making calls, arranging meetings, following up persistently, and closing new business. This role is best suited for someone who wants to grow together with the company and be rewarded based on performance and results.

Responsibilities
Actively prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities.

Acquire new clients for IT support, managed IT services, IT maintenance, cybersecurity, cloud, server, network, and infrastructure projects.

Handle new sales enquiries and follow up closely to convert leads into customers.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and solution recommendations based on customer requirements.

Meet potential clients to understand their IT issues, business needs, pain points, and budget.

Work closely with the technical team to propose practical and suitable IT solutions.

Manage sales opportunities from initial enquiry to quotation, negotiation, closing, and handover.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and project opportunities.

Support pre-sales discussions, presentations, delivery coordination, and post-sales follow-up.

Take ownership of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project delivery process.

Achieve sales targets and contribute directly to company revenue growth.

Requirements
Minimum Diploma in IT, Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience.

Experience in IT sales, managed services, IT support, cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure solutions will be an advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

Confident in speaking with decision makers and understanding customer requirements.

Able to identify customer pain points and propose suitable IT solutions.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with prospecting for new business.

Good relationship-building skills with both new and existing clients.

Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure, support services, cloud, networking, or cybersecurity will be an advantage.
