Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our Sales/Key Account Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and retention across a nominated portfolio of existing accounts. You will act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring overall customer satisfaction and achieving assigned financial revenue targets.
What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Develop and manage comprehensive Account Plans to retain revenue and maximize opportunities across all Iron Mountain product lines.
- Collaborate with internal Sales and Service Delivery teams to deliver best-in-class service, achieve profitable growth, and maintain a professional corporate image.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Iron Mountain's procedures, proactively manage contract renewals, and facilitate query debt resolution.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant commercial acumen gained through customer-facing experience in a revenue-focused or account management environment.
- Strong knowledge of complex customer relationship management and proven experience in developing client relationships.
- Proven ability in effective communication, problem-solving, and using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications like Salesforce (SFDC).
- A University degree or relevant business/project management qualification would be highly regarded.
