Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and market reach
Identify high-potential corporate partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships
Represent the company at industry events, business meetings, and networking sessions
Build compelling proposals, business pitches, and partnership presentations
Work with marketing to design campaigns that support acquisition and brand expansion
Lead community engagement projects to strengthen brand presence
Analyse performance data and provide insights for continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with management on long-term planning and innovation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven business development or strategic partnerships experience (fitness/wellness industry is a plus)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Confident in presenting ideas to internal and external stakeholders
Professional, polished, and highly driven
Ability to work under minimal supervision with strong ownership
