Job Responsibilities

• Generate Salesin the Building façade maintenance and general building maintenance sector including A & A façade related projects
• Sourcing of profitable projects involving Façade Cleaning, Resealant works for the entire building, glass replacement works for completed buildings and ongoing construction works.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in Business Development in any field.
• Training will be provided for facade industry business development.
• Candidates that have experience in securing building facade maintenance projects will have an added advantage.
• Candidates that possess a valid Class 3 license and own their own car will have an added advantage.

Note

• Travel allowance will be provided apart from basic salary.
• You will also be included in a sales commission scheme , where you can earn from SGD 2k - 10k Per Month on top of basic salary.
