Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and grow sales within the Food & Beverage sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting Calgin's range of hygiene and food preparation products.
Business Development
- Identify and prospect restaurants, cafes, bakeries, caterers, cloud kitchens, food manufacturers, and hotels.
- Conduct regular sales visits and product presentations.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Expand sales opportunities within existing accounts.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales & Marketing
- Promote Calgin's hygiene and food service product range.
- Introduce new products and promotional campaigns to customers.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events when required.
Reporting
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer visits.
- Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Experience in F&B, horeca, hospitality, food manufacturing, or industrial supplies is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with outdoor sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (preferred).
