Job Summary

Identify and engage potential B2B clients in the F&B industry to drive business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead prospecting efforts to identify and qualify potential B2B clients within the F&B industry to expand the customer base
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads and coordinating marketing projects to maximize conversion rates
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies and proposals that address the specific needs and objectives of clients
  • Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, website, in-store promotions, and events to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Analyze business performance and propose strategic projects, programs, and special events to improve market positioning and revenue growth
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on sales activities and marketing initiatives to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes
  • Collaborate with external partners such as creative agencies, contractors, and freelancers to ensure high-quality project execution
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with customer service and operations teams to guarantee seamless customer experiences and successful project implementation
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and support to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or marketing roles
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms to effectively reach target audiences
  • Skilled in developing and presenting client proposals to secure business opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills to establish rapport and maintain client relationships
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives efficiently
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events to support business development activities
