Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a technical background to support our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of working experience and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech-driven environment. You will assist in managing client accounts, supporting business development, and executing marketing strategies for our AIoT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Business Development
- Assist in managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
Sales & Technical Support
- Understand and communicate DeltaFrontier's AIoT solutions to clients with confidence.
- Work alongside the pre-sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new industry trends related to smart buildings, AI, and IoT.
Marketing Support
- Help plan and execute digital marketing activities, including content creation, social media campaigns, email marketing, and event coordination.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Track and report marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of working experience in a sales, marketing, or technical support role. Internships or project experience in relevant industries are also considered.
- Technical Mindset: Interest or exposure to technologies like AI, IoT, smart buildings, or automation systems.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English. Able to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team Player: Willingness to learn and collaborate across departments.
