Job scope:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Maintain account profitability and resolve rate discrepancies
• Build strong client relationships and grow existing accounts
• Explore niche markets locally and overseas
• Coordinate service requirements across teams
• Monitor payments and ensure timely collection
• Conduct market research to align with customer needs
• Generate leads via cold calls, networking, and social media
• Meet with prospects to understand and address their needs
