Business Development Executive

We are seeking a driven and capable Business Development Executive to join our fast-paced retail F&B chain operations. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to business growth and innovation.

Reporting directly to the Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in elevating the company through strong business acumen, leadership, and execution capabilities. You should be confident in conceptualising and implementing new ideas, designing efficient operational workflows, and driving initiatives from strategy to delivery.

An excellent all-rounder with initiative, adaptability, and execution strength is what we are looking for.

Responsibilities
. Conceptualise and execute new business concepts and projects
. Source, assess, and prepare competitive tender and proposal submissions
. Identify, propose, and manage process improvements and change initiatives
. Conduct cost and profit analysis for new and existing projects
. Propose and implement corporate and social initiatives
. Liaise with statutory boards and external stakeholders on company matters
. Oversee central administrative and operational processes for the department

Requirements
. Degree holder in a relevant discipline
. Strong analytical skills with proven problem-solving ability
. Excellent communication and presentation skills
. Strong observation and organisational skills
. Ability to organise and lead meetings effectively
. Proven ability to conceptualise and write winning proposals
. Ability to converse in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and associates

Education
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)

Experience
. Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development (preferred)
. Minimum 2 years experience in proposal or tender writing (preferred)
