Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by identifying and winning new business opportunities in the FMCG sector.
- Be the trusted partner - build and sustain strong, lasting relationships with clients, distributors, and trade partners.
- Win deals with impact by crafting tailored sales proposals and delivering compelling presentations.
- Negotiate with confidence to close contracts and consistently hit (or exceed!) revenue targets.
- Stay ahead of the market - monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and share sharp insights with management.
- Work as one team - collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations to roll out seamless sales strategies that delight clients.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales or business development experience (FMCG industry preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
