Responsibilities
- Support business development efforts by identifying, engaging, and securing new clients or project leads.
- Contribute to showcasing completed projects as part of the company portfolio.
- Coordinate and oversee installation projects from planning to completion.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and in-person visits.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to water heaters.
- Prepare and issue invoices, administrative documents, and related paperwork.
- Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
- Source, order, and manage procurement of required goods and materials.
- Maintain proactive communication and follow-up with project teams and clients.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of water heater systems, products, and specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Construction sales with a strong pool of network with established Interior Designers or Architect consultants.
- Hunter mindset, must be okay with building business leads
- Candidates from competitor brands like Ariston, TOTO Oceania will have a huge advantgeous.
