Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market presence
- Buildand sustain strong client and stakeholder relationships to foster long-term business growth
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze industry trends to inform business strategies
- Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and quotations that address client needs and support sales objectives
- Negotiate contracts effectively to close sales deals and maximize revenue
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive sales activities
- Work to improve business revenue with existing clients
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Provide regular reports on business developments activities and results to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences when necessary.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Management.
- Ensuring compliance to Singapore Laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and norms in the course of work
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Business administration Management or a related discipline preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence and engage clients
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes
