Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market presence
  • Buildand sustain strong client and stakeholder relationships to foster long-term business growth
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze industry trends to inform business strategies
  • Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and quotations that address client needs and support sales objectives
  • Negotiate contracts effectively to close sales deals and maximize revenue
  • Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive sales activities
  • Work to improve business revenue with existing clients
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify potential threats and opportunities
  • Provide regular reports on business developments activities and results to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences when necessary.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Management.
  • Ensuring compliance to Singapore Laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and norms in the course of work

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree in Business administration Management or a related discipline preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence and engage clients
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes
